Victoria Customers
- Face to face with our organizer and/or one of our graphic designers. You can tell us what you want done, and we'll do it.

- Many examples. When you ask for an ad to be made, and it doesn't meet your standards, it becomes a hassle to go back and edit it. We don't show you one single proof of your ad, we show you a wide selection of color schemes and layouts of your ad, and let you choose what you want.


International Customers
- Face to face web cam with our organizer. This option allows you to set up net meetings with our program organizer. You tell us exactly what you want made, and we'll tell you if we can do it. Email us for details on how to set this up (you must have a web cam for this option).

All Customers
- Payment is very straightforward. From all of our customers, we prefer check, money order or payment through PayPal. We charge our customers by project and what they order. The price will be agreed upon once you have met with us or talked to us, and agreed to our price. Payment must be received 2 days prior to the completion of the project. Our international customers are required to pay 50% of the project price upfront before anything is started. Our Victoria customers are required to pay 25% of the project price upfront.
